Return and Refund Policy

1. General

At Robot Technology Solutions (“We” or “Us” or “the Store”), we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. 2. Right of withdrawal

  1. Withdrawal period: If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or in a jurisdiction that recognizes the right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need for justification.
  2. Exceptions: Excluded from this right (unless otherwise provided by applicable law) are:
    • Customized or tailor-made products.
    • Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
    • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
    • Digital content provided in non-material format (e.g., digital downloads) when the start of its execution has begun.
    • Other legally contemplated cases.

3. Conditions for return

  1. Condition of products: Items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with their original packaging, without damage or alterations.
  2. Documentation: In order to process the return, the invoice or proof of purchase may be required.
  3. Time limit for communicating the return: If you do not exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, but wish to return a product for some other reason (e.g. defect), the conditions will be governed by the legal or commercial warranty that applies.

4. Return procedure

5. Defective or damaged products

  3. Amount reimbursed:
    • In case of withdrawal within 14 days, the price of the product will be refunded and, if applicable by law, the initial shipping costs.
    • If there is a depreciation in the value of the product due to use beyond what is necessary to test its characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the corresponding amount from the reimbursement.

7. Product changes

  1. Availability: If you wish to exchange a product for another one (different color, size or model), you must return the item according to the conditions indicated and place a new order, unless the internal process of the Store allows a direct exchange.
  2. Additional costs: The customer shall bear the shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless it is an error or defect attributable to the Store.

8. Limitations

  1. Misuse: If we detect abusive behavior or fraud (e.g. excessive and continuous returns), we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund, always within the limits allowed by law.
  2. Unreturned products: If the customer does not return the product or fails to comply with the conditions set forth (for example, by returning the damaged item without justification), the Store may deny or reduce the refund.
